About Me

I transitioned into UX after years of working customer service left me feeling unfulfilled. I struggled with the feeling that my role was reactive, when what I wanted was to be proactive. I love that my career as a designer enables me to solve problems before users can encounter them.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing cozy games on my Switch, having themed board game nights with friends, and dreaming up Halloween costumes no matter the time of year. I'm living my lifelong dream of having a cat and a dog who (mostly) get along, and if you ask me for pictures I promise I'll try to narrow it down to 2 or 3.
